Pelladio

Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026.

Pelladio is operated by Maan Ahir, an individual. These terms cover using Pelladio IDE and pelladio.com. By using either, you agree to them. Questions go through the contact form.

What Pelladio is

Pelladio is a desktop application that lets you work with multiple AI models in one conversation. It routes your requests to third-party model providers through OpenRouter, using either a key you supply or, on eligible plans, a managed connection we provide.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and any API keys you add secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country to use Pelladio.

Acceptable use

Don't use Pelladio to:

  • Break the law, or the terms of any model provider Pelladio connects to.
  • Attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the managed-access system to exceed your plan's limits.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute managed model access to others.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Model output

Replies come from third-party AI models we don't control. They can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. You're responsible for reviewing anything a model produces (code, text, or otherwise) before relying on or shipping it.

Your content

You own what you create with Pelladio. We don't claim rights to your files, prompts, or the results you generate.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. See our refund policy for cancellation and refund details.

No warranty

Pelladio is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Pelladio isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including anything resulting from AI-generated output.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use Pelladio after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
