Pelladio

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026.

Pelladio is operated by Maan Ahir, an individual, as a solo project. This page describes what we actually collect and why, in plain language. If anything here is unclear, use the contact form.

What we collect

  • Your email address: when you join the waitlist, or create an account to sign in to the desktop app (including via Google sign-in, which shares your name, email, and profile picture).
  • Chat messages, only when you use managed access. If you haven't added your own OpenRouter key, your messages pass through our server to generate a reply and to count how many tokens you've used against your plan's allowance. We don't log or store the content of these messages beyond that token count.
  • Nothing, if you bring your own key. When you add a personal OpenRouter key in Settings, your messages go straight from your computer to OpenRouter. They never touch our servers at all.
  • Subscription status: your plan and billing status, once payments are live, so the app knows what you're entitled to.

Who else sees it

  • OpenRouter: routes your messages to whichever model you pick (Claude, Gemini, GPT, and others), and is subject to its own privacy policy for anything it or the underlying model provider does with a request.
  • Supabase: hosts our authentication and database.
  • Resend: sends the waitlist confirmation email.
  • Vercel: hosts this website and the managed-access server.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising. We don't have advertising.

The desktop app itself

Pelladio IDE runs on your computer. File edits, terminal commands, and project contents stay on your machine. The app only sends a model provider what a given message actually needs to answer it, and only ever to the provider you chose for that message.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data, or request a copy of what we hold about you, through the contact form. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Pelladio isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
