Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pelladio is operated by Maan Ahir, an individual. This policy covers Pro and Pro Plus subscriptions.
Cancelling
You can cancel a Pro or Pro Plus subscription at any time through the contact form. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle: you keep your plan's access for the rest of the period you've already paid for, and it won't renew after that.
Refunds
If you're charged in error, or you cancel within 48 hours of a charge and haven't made meaningful use of that billing period, email us and we'll refund it in full. Outside of that, we don't provide partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period you've already started. You keep access through the end of it instead.
Micro top-ups
One-time token top-ups are non-refundable once applied to your account, since the tokens become available for use immediately.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
